Finger-lickin’ Friday: Overnight Oats

Every Friday I share a recipe I am curious to try, have tested (approved or disapproved), or have developed myself. This is miscellany‘s fifth installation of Finger-lickin’ Fridays!

Status: Tested & Approved! Recipe found on Lauren Conrad’s blog.

Serves: 1


  • 2/3 cup almond milk (I like to use vanilla)
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 plain (or flavored) greek yogurt


  • Mix and seal in an airtight container (I use a mason jar)
  • Refrigerate overnight
  • In the morning, add your choice of mix-ins… berries, honey, banana, walnuts, brown sugar, cinnamon, etc.
